Delivery costs just $15 to have your gift delivered by standard courier delivery service nationwide. Local delivery in Tauranga is $10.

South Island delivery is usually within 1-3 working days.

For Rural Delivery please allow an additional 1-3 days depending on courier schedules.

We always do our best to have your gift delivered on the day requested but please note that the couriers do not pick up parcels during the weekend or on public holidays; any orders placed during weekend hours cannot be dispatched before Monday for delivery on Tuesday or set out as above.

Please note there are no deliveries on Sunday or public holidays.Any orders placed after the Christmas cut off deadlines is unlikely to arrive before Christmas.

Every Bliss gift is made at our Tauranga premises and beautifully presented, with your personalised message included (sign your name, as we don't send sender details). Follow the care instructions on each item's label. Store treats somewhere cool and dry, and check labels for allergens. Chill wine and beer; alcohol is for people aged 18+ only and must be signed for by an adult. Never leave candles unattended, keep diffusers away from children and pets, and patch-test skincare products.

Unopened, non-perishable gifts can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll send a replacement.
