Shipping & Delivery

We take care to ensure your gifts arrive beautifully packaged and right on time.

Delivery Costs

Local: $10 for deliveries within the Bay of Plenty and Waikato regions.

Nationwide: Just $15 for standard courier delivery anywhere in New Zealand.

Delivery Times

North Island (non-rural): Orders placed before 1:30 pm are usually delivered the next working day.

South Island: Delivery is usually within 1–3 working days.

Rural Delivery: Please allow an additional 1–2 working days, depending on courier schedules.

Tracking

Once your order has been collected, you'll automatically receive your tracking details by email.

We always do our best to have your gift delivered on your requested delivery date. However, please note:

• Couriers do not collect parcels on weekends or public holidays.
• Couriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
• Orders placed over the weekend cannot be dispatched until Monday and will be delivered from Tuesday onwards, subject to the delivery timeframes above.
• Please double-check your delivery address, as we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
