Bliss Baskets and Gifts will accept the return of any unopened non-perishable gifts within seven days in exchange for a product of equal or higher value as long as the difference in value is paid in full. Any freight cost incurred is at the sender's expense. Please contact us first to discuss the reason for requesting any exchange.
Delivery costs just $15 to have your gift delivered by standard courier delivery service nationwide. Local delivery in Tauranga is $10.
South Island delivery is usually within 1-3 working days.
For Rural Delivery please allow an additional 1-3 days depending on courier schedules.
We always do our best to have your gift delivered on the day requested but please note that the couriers do not pick up parcels during the weekend or on public holidays; any orders placed during weekend hours cannot be dispatched before Monday for delivery on Tuesday or set out as above.
Please note there are no deliveries on Sunday or public holidays.Any orders placed after the Christmas cut off deadlines is unlikely to arrive before Christmas.
