For Rural Delivery please allow an additional 1-3 days depending on courier schedules.

We always do our best to have your gift delivered on the day requested but please note that the couriers do not pick up parcels during the weekend or on public holidays; any orders placed during weekend hours cannot be dispatched before Monday for delivery on Tuesday or set out as above.

Please note there are no deliveries on Sunday or public holidays.Any orders placed after the Christmas cut off deadlines is unlikely to arrive before Christmas.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
