We wish we had a magic carpet.....but until one appears delivery times are dependent on courier schedules.

North Island - overnight delivery if order placed by 2.00 p.m. (Mon-Friday)
South Island delivery usually 2-3 working days (Mon-Friday)

For delivery to all rural areas allow an additional 1-3 days depending on courier schedules.

Please note Saturday delivery is only available in main towns. The courier companies do not deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays.

While we make every effort to ensure your gift arrives on the day requested by using reputable courier companies, the courier schedules are out of our control. We cannot guarantee either the time or day of delivery, especially if you have ordered late in the day or during peak periods such as Christmas and Mother's Day.

We suggest you place your order early, and we will dispatch your gift to arrive as close as possible to the requested delivery date. Due to high demand, couriers can take several days to deliver parcels prior to Christmas, and we would rather have your gift arrive a day or two early rather than a day late.

Freight and Delivery Charges

Please note that freight is just $12 for nationwide delivery whether you are sending just one gift or several gifts to the same delivery address.
